How does a global company maintain their culture across five continents?
For Faurecia, the answer is an internal publication communicating the happenings of the company: its employees, its activities and its successes. Sounds simple until you get into the design of the publication and realize that all eight editions are handled by eight different offices in eight different countries.
To ensure that the brand and design remain consistent across languages, Skidmore worked with Faurecia North America to develop a Style Guide and series of InDesign templates. While simplifying the process for offices around the world, these guides protect the Faurecia culture and allow for the individuality of international locations.
